Objective To discuss the application value of integrated comprehensive nursing for patients with severe heart failure (HF) complicated by arrhythmia. Methods The patients (n=88) were chosen from the Seventh Medical Center in Chinese PLA General Hospital from Jan. 2021 to June 2022, and divided randomly into observation group and routine group (each n=44). The routine group was given short-term routine nursing, and observation group was given integrated comprehensive nursing at the early period of the disease. The psychological and emotional states, quality of life (QOL) and degree of satisfaction were given count, comparison, test and analysis in 2 groups. Results After nursing for 6 months, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depressive scale (SDS) and indexes of prognosis improvement were significantly higher in observation group than those in routine group (P<0.05). After nursing for 1 month, the score indexes of working and living environment quality were all higher in observation group than those in routine group (P<0.05). The total index of degree of satisfaction was significantly higher in observation group than that in routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The integrated comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the living and mental status and promote QOL and degree of satisfaction to nursing service, which is worthy of clinical reference.
