混合式教学有效融合了传统课堂讲授与线上教学的优势，是当前高校教学改革的重要突破。本文以循证医学课程为例，分析课程特点与教学现状，阐述运用异步SPOC进行线上线下混合式教学改革的原因与必要性，并结合实践经验展示本校循证医学混合式教学的实施步骤，包括课程设计、教学准备、课程实施和效果评价。调查结果显示，混合式教学模式能弥补纯线下教学时间、空间、学习资源和教学方式创新上的不足，通过发挥学生在学习中的主体地位充分调动了其学习热情，提高教学效果，是一种有效的教学模式。

Blended teaching effectively combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and online teaching, which is an important breakthrough in the current teaching reform in universities.
