呼吸时相对肠系膜上动脉收缩期峰值血流速度的影响

目的 探讨不同呼吸时相对肠系膜上动脉收缩期峰值流速的影响。方法 回顾性分析2016年
7月至2018年11月于南方医科大学附属小榄医院超声检查考虑中弓韧带压迫综合征并经CTA证实的24例患
者的超声资料,记录肠系膜上动脉起始段静息状态(PSVcalm)、深吸气末(PSVinspir)、深呼气末收
缩期峰值流速(PSVexpir)3个血流参数。结果 肠系膜上动脉静息状态流速均值为(194±34)cm/s,深
吸气末流速均值为(155±26)cm/s,深呼气末流速均值(225±39)cm/s,不同呼吸时相肠系膜上动脉
收缩期峰值血流速度差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 不同呼吸时相肠系膜上动脉流速存在明显
差异,故超声测量肠系膜上动脉流速时需要说明在何种呼吸时相。

Abstract:

 Objective To discuss the influence of different respiratory phases on peak systolic velocity (PSV)
of superior mesenteric artery (SMA). Methods The ultrosound data was retrospectively analyzed from the patients
(n=24) with arcuteligment compression syndrome diagnosed by computed tomographic angiography (CTA) undergone
ultrasonography in Xiaolan Hospital affiliated to Southern Medical University from July 2016 to Nov. 2018. The
flow parameters including PSV of SMA on calm (PSVcalm), PSV of SMA on end inspiration (PSVinspir) and PSV of
SMA on end expiration (PSVexpir) were recorded. Results The mean value of PSVcalm was (194±34) cm/s, mean
value of PSVinspire was (155±26) cm/s and mean value of PSVexpir was (225±39) cm/s. The difference in PSV
of SMA at different respiratory phases had statistical significance (all P<0.01). Conclusion There is significant
difference in PSV of SMA at different respiratory phases, so the respiratory phase should be indicated when PSV of
SMA is given ultrasonic detection.
