促进临床前动物实验系统评价发展,提高其成果的转化和利用

摘要:

由于临床前动物实验存在的诸多挑战,导致临床试验的结果常与动物实验结果背离。因
此,在开展临床试验之前,非常有必要鼓励、支持和促进临床前动物实验系统评价开展,提高动物实验
全过程的透明化,避免卫生资源的浪费和实验动物的重复利用,促进其质量和转化价值的提升。同时,
建立动物实验的国际注册平台,制定相关政策鼓励和要求期刊发表阴性或中性结果的研究,促进数据共
享,共同提高动物实验结果的转化和利用。

Abstract:

Due to the many challenges in preclinical animal experiments, the results of clinical trials often deviate
from the results of animal experiments. Therefore, before conducting clinical trials, it is very necessary to encourage,
support and promote the systematic reviews of preclinical animal experimental, improve the transparency of the
whole process of animal experiments, avoid the waste of health resources and the reuse of experimental animals, and
improve their quality and value of transformation. Meanwhile, establish an international registration platform for animal
experiments, and formulate relevant policies to encourage and require journals to publish negative or neutral results to
promote data sharing, and ultimately jointly improve the transformation and utilization of animal experiment results.
